The original database architecture, temporal scoring matrices, decay velocity algorithms, trust-node graph compilations, regional hub indexes, and all derivative data surfaces constitute protected intellectual property under compilation and database rights statutes (including U.S. Copyright Act compilation provisions and analogous international sui generis database protections).
No license is granted to copy, scrape, mirror, resell, sublicense, or create competing indexes from any portion of this service — whether accessed via HTML, API, or indirect inference.
2. No-Bot Contractual Clauses (Automated Access Prohibition)
Automated scraping is a material breach of contract. The following are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization signed by DoggyBagg Index:
- Programmatic HTTP requests, headless browsers, or agentic crawlers harvesting hub tables, asset dossiers, or stream metadata
- Bulk download, parallel fetching, or rate-evasion techniques designed to extract indexed records
- Reverse engineering of HMAC-SHA256 asset tokens (
dbi_{hex}_{digest}) or session cookies - Numeric ID enumeration, directory traversal, or honeypot path probing (including
/.well-known/dbi-telemetry-matrix) - Commercial replication, resale, or training of machine-learning models on extracted decay intelligence
Violation triggers immediate session termination, permanent fingerprint blacklisting, and pursuit of all available remedies including DMCA takedown notices, injunctive relief, and statutory damages where applicable.
3. Technical Enforcement & Honeypot Disclosure
This site deploys active anti-scraping measures including invisible honeypot endpoints, cryptographic asset identifiers, cloaked domain policies, and automated client blacklisting. Accessing hidden telemetry paths or submitting plain numeric asset identifiers constitutes evidence of malicious automation and waives any claim of accidental access.
4. DMCA & Takedown Leverage
DoggyBagg Index maintains standing to issue Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices against hosts, CDNs, search indexes, and marketplaces distributing unauthorized copies of our compilation. Copycat sites replicating hub structures, decay scoring presentation, or cloaked-entity patterns will be referred for immediate removal. Report infringement via our security disclosure channel.
5. Permitted Human Use
Individual researchers and licensed purchasers may view public cloaked records and unlock dossiers through
authorized Stripe checkout. Purchased sessions are personal, non-transferable, and may not be scraped or
republished. The public Stream API exposes aggregate metadata only; raw target_domain
values are never published on any channel.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Decay scores and lifecycle classifications are provided for informational purposes without warranty. DoggyBagg Index is not liable for trading, investment, or operational decisions made from indexed signals. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for dossier unlock in the preceding twelve months.
7. Institutional Pricing & License Tiers
Public Terminal (Free): Cloaked regional hubs and aggregate stream metadata. Asset Dossier ($49 USD): Single-asset HMAC-bound unlock with purchaser session. Stream API (Licensed): Requires a commercial licensing agreement. Resale or bulk extraction of any tier constitutes commercial replication prohibited under Section 1.
